We can write your Will for you, giving you the peace of mind of knowing that your estate will be dealt with as you would wish.

These fees cover the initial meeting for us to take instructions
from you as to your wishes; the drafting of your Will; and a second
meeting to oversee the execution of the Will. We can also store your
Will securely for you free of charge (we would give you advance
notice if this were to change).
Explaining what each clause of your Will does and answering your questions about the Will are all part of the service but please be aware that, if you require us to:
Then we will charge for any additional work at our hourly rate of £250 + VAT.
Further, if, after discussing matters with us, you decide to sever the Joint tenancy of your home there is an additional charge for our dealing with the same and registering the change with HM Land Registry. For registered property the charge for dealing with severance and registration is £300 + VAT = £360.
We can also advise you regarding, prepare and register your Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for Property and Finance and/or Health and Welfare. We are always careful to ensure that you understand all the options before committing to them.
