Our Family Team consists of three solicitors, all experienced in Family Law.

The Team is headed by Catherine Riddle, a Partner who joined Morrison & Masters in 1988 and who has been specialising in Family Law for more than ten years.

Catherine is assisted by Kim Tucker, who joined Morrison & Masters in 2003 and who has been practicing Family Law since 2005.

The Family Law Supervisor is Frederick Tucker, a common law lawyer, who has many years experience in Family Law as well as many other disciplines. Fred is a Partner and has undertaken family work since qualifying in 1980. Both Fred and Kim are members of Resolution (previously known as the Solicitors Family Law Association).
